Protein Energy Bites

This is the perfect recipe for a quick, healthy pick me up! 1 serving has only 91 calories!

What you need:

1 Cup Rolled Oats

1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

1/4 Cup White Chocolate Chips

1/2 Cup Unsalted Peanuts

1/2 Cup Flax Seed

1/2 Cup Peanut or Almond Butter

1/3 Cup Honey or Agave Nectar

1 tsp Vanilla

1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes



This recipe is so easy! Just put all of the ingredients into a bowl and stir until mixed. Let stand in the fridge 

for 10 minutes to congeal. Then roll them into 1 tablespoon sized balls and place in mini cupcake papers. (Serving size is 1  tablespoon sized ball)
