You will not even be able to tell it is homemade, PLUS no icky fillers that you cannot pronounce! Trust me, this is a real thing! Try the homemade ice cream below to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Recovery Ice Cream
You will need:
4 Ripe Bananas
2 TBSP Peanut Butter
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
Step 1: Thinly slice bananas and put them in a freezer safe container with a lid. Freeze for 4 hours
Step 2: Put the frozen bananas in a blender and pulse a few times to break them up. Then, blend for about 15 seconds until smooth.
Step 3: Add your peanut butter and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
Step 4: Pour the mix back into the container and freeze, covered for 2 hours.
Step 5: Enjoy!!
