What you need:
3 Ripe Bananas
1.5 Cups of Oats
1/2 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup of White Chocolate Chips
Dash of Cinnamon
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray (crucial!). Mash the bananas well, then combines the oats, cinnamon, and chips. Stir until blended well. Drop by the tablespoon full onto your baking sheet and lightly flatten. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Then, let them cool on a cooling rack!
These cookies will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days and you can freeze them for up to a month!
