I really was inspired by Amanda’s can do attitude and positive life view it was something I am also about and I wanted to be part of that.

What do you like about online coaching?

I like that i already have everything i need to do put into training peaks and I just need to look at the app it works great for this busy mommy

Right now I am working on picking up my 5k race pace and training for my 1st 10k

Definitely!! Amanda really listens to your needs and adjusts to them I love the support she gives all her athletes

What is something people may be surprised to find out about you?

In my childhood years til my late 20s I was not athletic at all and hated excercise now I love it

Favorite – yoga. Least favorite – side planks

The cheetah – they are still until they see something they want and then they sprint towards it I feel i. Can relate in that way
