PR Coaching is helping me to achieve that because without it, I’d have no idea where to start with ANY workout! Amanda has helped me to focus on certain areas of my body to reach new athletic milestones… back when I was in high school gym class, I could never have imagined myself completing more than one pull up or running a full mile without stopping. One of the benefits to me for online coaching is that I can get a workout in on my time. With a personal trainer, you need to work someone else into your schedule and sometimes you don’t always have that flexibility.”
